Injection Moulding Technology
The injection moulding process begins by heating the plastic granules and melting them into a liquid state. The molten plastic is then injected into the mould using a high-pressure injection moulding machine. The plastic cools and solidifies in the mould, taking on the shape of the mould. The finished product is then removed from the mould, and the process begins again.
